The Division of Enrollment Management actively works to ensure that university resources are effectively deployed from first student contact to graduation. We initiate integrated strategies focused on maintaining a world class student body that supports University goals.
Maintains the integrity of student academic records. This includes allowing appropriate and lawful access to those records and providing related services to students, former students, and other members of the University and external community in a manner that promotes stewardship and accountability and creates positive visibility for Texas A&M University.
Which includes Undergraduate Recruitment & Outreach, seeks to advise, educate, and connect prospective students and families to the educational opportunities and rich traditions at Texas A&M University throughout their enrollment journey. It maintains the integrity of the admissions process which ensures efficient and systematic evaluation of credentials. It embraces the university's commitment to attain the quality students who are able to graduate in a timely manner.

Admissions Operations manages all aspects of the review process including:
- Application processing
- Transcript review
- Correspondence
- Testing services
Analytics & CRM
The Analytics and CRM Team uses Slate, the software that supports the university’s recruiting and admissions efforts, and provides reporting and analysis services of current and past applicant data.
Undergraduate Recruitment
The Recruitment Team works with high schools and community colleges to provide prospective students with admissions and financial aid information. Through these efforts, more Texans and students across the nation have access to Texas A&M University.
The Texas A&M University Regional Prospective Student Centers bring the university closer to home in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, McAllen (Rio Grande Valley), Laredo and Corpus Christi. Additionally, regional staff stationed across the state and nation support recruitment initiatives in Central Texas Austin area, Brazos Valley, El Paso, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Denver, California and New York.
Community Outreach & Inclusion
Develops relationships with independent school districts across Texas to serve underrepresented middle and high school students. This team:
- Offers programming
- Participates in student and family events
- Engages in community outreach efforts to showcase the university

Visitor Experience
The Visitor Experience Team welcomes over 65,000 guests each year to explore and learn about this exceptional university through various activities such as prospective student programs, open house events, and early outreach initiatives. By showcasing the university’s rich history, traditions, inclusive campus culture, and educational opportunities, the team strives to help every student feel a sense of belonging at Texas A&M.

Services of the Aggieland Admissions Center include:
- Academic counseling
- Admission sessions for freshmen and transfer students
- School group presentations
The Military Admissions team offers veteran and active-duty military applicants:
- Counseling
- Guidance through the admissions process
- Information about on-campus resources
The Admissions Review Team evaluates the non-academic components of freshmen admission files in a holistic manner.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
To support low-income, first-generation college and underrepresented high school students in their dream to attend Texas A&M, the university works with these partners:
- Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board
- Texas Workforce Commission
- College Advising Corps
- Greater Texas Foundation
- Texas Education Agency
These partnerships support the work of high school advisors in the Texas A&M Chapter of Advise TX who encourage, guide and assist prospective students as they navigate the college admissions process.
The goal is to help these students achieve academic success at levels like their non-disadvantaged peers.
The program assists more than 26,000 seniors annually from Bryan/College Station, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley.
SLATE OPERATIONS
Slate Operations supports university groups in utilizing data for student recruitment and outreach by developing project plans, training staff on Slate software, overseeing prospective student communications, managing the university’s marketing repository, and coordinating projects with other campus units.
